Justin Long – Principal

Justin is passionate about developing high performing teams, creating new solutions and mentoring humble, hungry and smart people. He has extensive technology, executive leadership and growth company experience and more than 20 years of success.

Justin enjoys tackling the largest problems in business and in life. Whether it’s trekking a difficult Colorado 14er, learning to surf or helping a team recognize its potential so it can crush its goals – these are the life opportunities he finds most rewarding.

Tom Trent – Principal

Aside from a successful career as an Emergency Medicine Physician, Tom has impactfully capitalized on his deep understanding of the healthcare landscape with over twenty years of bedside delivery of care and a decade of administrative leadership across large healthcare endeavors from the smallest to largest hospital classifications holding numerous administrative titles, most recently as Chief Medical Officer (CMO).

From collaborating with other healthcare professionals, government agencies, and healthcare system stakeholders to develop and implement public health programs and policies to developing procedures and policies to ensure healthcare organizations are prepared to respond to matters related to public health, Tom brings the expertise and skills necessary to differentiate your business.

Tom enjoys demanding intellectual and physical challenges and seeks incremental improvement in his life and those who are affected by his work. In addition to his work, he is compelled to leverage his insight and leadership capacity to engage organizations that are intentional and functional in their ability to solve problems directly related to poverty.
